MANAGEMENT 

F. W. Carl “Bill” Ropke, IV – President/Chief Executive Officer 

Bill earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Tennessee Temple College and his Master’s Degree in Counseling from Liberty University.  He is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a state certified Batterers Intervention Assessor.  Bill has been managing mental health and addictions treatment programs for over fifteen years.  He currently provides mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, and domestic violence intervention services in our Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, and Englewood Offices. 

Barry K. Wyrick – Chief Operating Officer 

Barry earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, his Master’s Degree in Counseling from Shippensburg University, and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.  Barry has worked in the behavioral health field for over 30 years, and has been managing behavioral health services for over 20 years.  He acts as the Chief Financial Officer and Business Manager for the company, and he is currently providing substance abuse counseling services in our Bradenton, Cape Coral, and Port Charlotte Offices. 

CLINICAL STAFF MEMBERS 

 Jean Corbae – Addictions Specialist 

Jean earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from University of Colorado and is currently enrolled in the Master’s Degree program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State College.  Jean currently provides substance abuse counseling and anger management counseling services in our Cape Coral Office. 

Nicholas DeCastro – Addictions Specialist 

Nick earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University and completed Master’s level coursework in child psychology at Argosy University.  Nick currently provides substance abuse counseling, anger management counseling, domestic violence counseling, and behavior management counseling services in our Port Charlotte Office. 

 Jackie Jerles – Addictions Specialist 

Jackie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and is currently enrolled in the Master’s Degree program in Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University.  Jackie currently provides substance abuse counseling services in our Cape Coral Office. 

Pamela Taylor – Addictions Specialist 

Pam earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Liberty University and is currently enrolled in the Master’s Degree program in Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.  Pam currently provides substance abuse counseling, anger management counseling, mental health counseling, and behavior management counseling services in our Englewood Office.
