Substance Abuse Program 

Lighthouse Addiction Services provides a comprehensive, outpatient substance abuse treatment program.  The program focuses on developing an individualized recovery plan for each participant.  Both individual and group sessions are utilized in the program.  This program is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families. 

Group sessions are designed to improve the participant’s understanding of the addiction process and the consequences of substance abuse.  An educational, discussion format is used to facilitate participant interaction and understanding. 

Individual sessions focus on each participant’s unique issues related to substance abuse.  An individualized treatment plan is developed to address the participant’s goals in treatment.  These sessions help the participant to make the necessary changes in his or her life so that substance abuse problems do not reoccur. 

All participants in the substance abuse treatment program undergo random drug testing to assure abstinence during the treatment process.
