F. W. Carl Ropke IV, M.A., LMHC is the owner/president/CEO of Halcyon Management Group dba Lighthouse Addiction Services (LAS). Bill is a former U.S. Naval (Surface Warfare) officer serving during the Iran hostage crisis in the Persian Gulf and during the Iran/Iraq conflict prior to Desert Storm. He was employed by the Royal Saudi Naval Forces as a Tactics Instructor (1988-1989 and (1991-1994) and is the author of Islam: The Way of Submission. His B.A. (Psychology) degree is from Tennessee Temple University, and his M.A. (Counseling) degree is from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He has almost 30 years of experience in providing counseling services as a licensed counselor, clinical supervisor, and business owner. Bill was the founder of Lighthouse Addiction Services (LAS) and has been its president/CEO since its inception. The Company was originally incorporated as a 501(c) corporation under the name The Halcyon Group on 01 April 1998. LAS has now been in business for more than twenty-five years and has eight offices serving nine counties throughout Southwest and Central Florida providing substance abuse, domestic violence, anger management and other behavioral health counseling. About six hundred and fifty clients will be engaged in counseling with LAS during an average week.
Pam moved from San Diego to Florida in 2005. She was hired at Lighthouse in 2008 and completed her Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree from Liberty University. She became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida in 2015. Pam has been a State Approved Clinical Supervisor for Mental Health Interns since 2020.
While Pam provides counseling services for the agency for Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, Anger Management and Behavior Modification, she also provides Mental Health Evaluations and mental health services.
In addition to her duties at Lighthouse, she has been in private practice since 2016. In her private practice, she specializes in trauma ~ specifically focused on newly diagnosed cancer patients and family trauma.
Pam enjoys spending time with her family, doing arts and crafts and traveling.

Julie moved to Florida from California in 1984. She started her career as an Administrative Assistant, Case Manager, and Counselor in 2006, Specializing in Domestic Violence. She loves spending time with her family and grandson; loves the outdoors and playing music. She loves watching clients grow into who they truly want to be and follow their dreams.
