What We Do

We understand the reality of Substance Use Disorders. That's why our comprehensive approach to Substance Abuse Treatment utilizes a combination of group and individual counseling to treat the whole person. Through psychoeducation and client engagement, new goals are established and achieved throughout the course of the program.

The past can be a tough place to be. Our specially trained counselors have a gentle approach to treat the symptoms of trauma and PTSD. Through a variety of interventions and techniques, we aim to create a safe environment for you to work through all aspects of trauma.

We understand anger and we know sometimes it can be scary. These intense emotions are enough to overwhelm and consume your entire being. Through our group therapy approach, we teach you how to master the space between the stimulus and the reaction to limit your anger and re-train your brain.
